Mr. Ponzer has held a wide variety of senior executive positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he was responsible for overseeing General Mills cereal brands, soup brands and P&G’s baby care products. Mr. Ponzer’s work led to the successful transformation of the Cheerios brand which culminated in one of the most popular Super Bowl commercials in recent memory.

Mr. Ponzer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College. He has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School and NYU Stern. He was elected to the Boards of Directors of Phoenix Houses of New York and Phoenix Houses of Long Island in 2014.
